Ahora sí han pasadoo años desde que publico algo, hola a todos! Como había dicho antes, he andado super ocupada y no me había dado tiempo de nada, pero ahora que ya me libere de mi horrible trabajo me doy un tiempo para traerles una fabulosa crema!! yeiiii

Crema de Concha Nacar / Mother of Pearl

Bueno, les cuento que yo antes tenía un problema grave de alergía/acne en la cara. Fue a los 16 y un día me salió una alergía horrible y me salieron muchos granitos con pus (lo sé, asco), me ardía mucho la cara y después de un tiempo se calmo y vino una ola de acné.

Ok so let me tell you that I used to have a serious problems of allergy/ acne on my face. It was when I was 16, one day out of the blue I got a horrible allergy with zits and pus (I know disgusting), my face burned all the time and later it calmed down and then came an acne wave.

Y lo que dejó todo esto fueron muchas marcas en mi cara, fue la época más triste, me acuerdo que lloraba y me quería hacer un peeling, pero como mi piel es tan sensible no lo toleraba. Entonces empece a usar mil cosas para desvancer manchas.

All that was left were many scar and dark spots on my face, I remember I was so sad, I used to cry and I wanted to get a peeling done, but since my skin is so sensitive I wasn't a candidate. So I started using a million things to fade away my scars.

Les estoy hablando de un lapso de tiempo de 2 años aprox. que dure con mis granitos y 1 de ponerme cremas, es algo que toma tiempo y dedicación, pero si es posible corregirlo. La crema a la que siento que le debo la vida es esta. No les voy a mentir diciéndoles que hace milagros de la noche a la mañana ni que fue lo que las borró por completo por que me valí de otras cremas. Pero si es una maravilla y ayudo muchísisisimo.

I'm talking of a lapse of time of 2 yrs with my zits and another of using all sorts of cremes, it's something that takes time and a lot of dedication, but is possible to correct. The creme I think I owe my life to is this one. I'm no going to lie to you saying that it does wonders over night or that only with this I faded away my scars, because I used others. But it is a magic creme and it help a whole lot.

Si no tienes marcas y quieres tener un cutis más brillante, suave, claro y saludable también la puedes usar, es lo que yo uso de crema de noche y amo como amanece mi cara. Además no es nada cara, al menos en México, de verdad se las recomiendo muchísimo, es mi tesoro!

If you don't have any scars, and u just want a softer, brighter and healthier looking skin this is for you too, it's what I use as a night creme and I love how my face looks in the morning. Besides it's not even expensive, at least in Mexico it's not, no but for real I really recommend this to you, it's my little treasure!

Que horrible se siente tener la piel tapada de tan sucia que está, ¿no crees? Para esas veces que exfoliar ya no es suficiente, usa una mascarilla Peel Off, en esta ocasión les muestro la que yo he estado usando últimamente. Es la Avon Clearskin, y la verdad es que es una maravilla!!

Bueno pues ya les he dicho que tengo la piel muy sensible, pero grasa y tengo los poros enormes entonces mi cara se pone horrible si no me hago mis "faciales" jaja. Ya tengo mucho que uso este tipo de mascarillas y la verdad es que hacen milagros en mi cara. :D

Ok, so I've told you that my skin is really sensitive, but oily and that I have huge pores, so my face gets horrible if I don't do my "facials" LOL. I've been using these types of masks since a long time and they work miracles on my me. :D

Pero tienen su chiste, porque si no la aplicas o retiras bien, no te va a hacer nada y se te va a destrozar toda. 

Ahí les van unos tips:

a) humedezcan su cara un poco antes de aplicarla (sólo un poco!!)

b) apliquen la primera capa, evitando el area de ojos y labios (y donde haya vellitos)

c) dejen secar y apliquen una segunda capa

d) cuando este completamente seca empiecen a despegar las orillas de forma pareja, de abajo hacia arriba.

e) al retirarla (de abajo hacia arriba) haganlo rapido pero tampoco exageren traten de tomarla con las dos manos para no roperla, y Listo!!!

Taraaaaann

For the right results, you must apply it properly if not it won't work and it'll tear up.

Here's some tips:

a) put a little bit off water on your face (just a little!!)

b) apply the first layer, avoid eyes and lip area (and areas with hair)

c) let it dry and apply 2ndo layer

d) when it's completely dry separate the bottom ends of the mask from your chin in an even way.

e) when you take it off, make sure it's from bottom to top, and grab it with both hands so it doesn't tear up, and Tadaaaa!!!

Jajaja ya se que asco, pero es interesante ver todo el mugrero que traes en la cara!

I después de esto, la cara tan suave como el trasero de un bebé ^^

And after that, your face is as soft as a baby's butt ^^

Hello, hello! Today I'm going to be sharing a little bit about Maybelline's Pure Makeup Facial Powder which I love ^^. I am not really a fan of using primer and foundation and all those things, but what I have worn ever since I can remember is facial powder. I can't live without it, and I've gone through various brands bacause it's hard for me to find one that suits my super sensitive skin.

• Polvo compacto especial pieles mixtas y grasas.
• Anti-imperfecciones y controla el brillo. 

• Brinda una cobertura completa y un acabado mate.

Well first off, here's the description:

• For mixed and oily skin

• Anti- imperfections and controls shine

• Provides full coverage with a matte finish.

Ok, yo lo compré por aquello de que es para pieles mixtas a grasas y que promete controlar el brillo y combatir las impecfecciones. Deben saber que aunque aquí dice ser mágico no lo es, no combate las imperfecciones y sólo controla el brillo por un rato. Peroo, si da una cobertura muy buena, es muy ligero y luce muy natural. Si tienes piel sensible, este es bueno para ti. No sentiras pesado tu maquillaje y por ser tan ligero no tapa los poros.

Ok, so I bought this because it's for mixed and oily skin and for claiming to fight impefections and control shine. You must know that even though it claims to be magical it's not, it doesn't help imperfections and it controls oil but only for a while. Buut, it does give a very nice coverage, it's very light and looks really natural. If you have sensitive skin, this is a good option. It's so light weight that it doesn't clogg your pores.

Tiene gran variedad de tonos, yo lo compré en Arena Natural :D

It has a wide variety of shades, I got it in Natural Sand :D

Viene con 2 compartimentos, arriba donde viene el polvo y abajo viene la esponjita y un espejo. Me encanta el color que tiene se me hace tan bonito!

It has 2 comparments, on top where the powder is and downstaris is the mirror and the sponge. I love the color I find it lovely!

Ese olor que por mas que seas limpia, te bañes, te talles bien, uses mil desodorantes, antitraspirantes, perfume, talco, bicarbonato de sodio y ahhh... Nada te funciona, sigues apestando!!!

That smell that doesn't go away even if your super clean, you shower 100 times, you use every deodorant / antitranspirant that exists, perfume, baby powder, baking soda & ahhh.. Nothing works, you still smell!!!

Pues recientemente, encontré algo que me ha estado funcionando, al principio no creía que funcionaría, pero a un mes y medio de ese día, ahora soy creyente!! :D

Well, recently I found something that has been working for me, at first I didn't think it would work but a month and a half after that day, I will say I'm a believer!! :D

Se trata de lo siguiente: Yodine ( o mejor conocido como Isodine) ^^

Lo que necesitas:

• Yodine Solución Antiséptica
• Yodine Jabón Antiséptico (espuma)
• Jabón Antibacterial
• Gasas

I'm talking about: Iodine ^^ 

What you will need:

• Iodine Antiseptic Solution
• Iodine Antiseptic Soap
• Antibacterial Soap
• Gauze

Lo que tienes que hacer:

Por cinco días te vas a lavar las axilas con jabón antibacterial (2 veces), luego con una gasa te vas a volver a lavar pero con el jabo´n antiséptico. Te sales de bañar y antes de ponerte desodorante, con otra gasa te vas a poner la solución antiséptica y vas a dejar que seque para después ponerte tu desodorante. (¡¡¡Aguas!!! ponte ropa oscura porque ésta última mancha, pero se quita con las lavadas ;D)

What you have to do:

For five days you will wash your armpits with antibacterial soap (2 times), after that with a gauze your going to wash again but this time with the antiseptic soap. After you get out of the shower, with another gauze you'll put on some antiseptic solution and your going to let it dry so you can put on your normal deodorant. (Careful!! use dark clothes because this last one stains, but it washes off don't worry :D)

Después de tus cinco días, sigue usando el jabón antibacterial (hazlo parte de tu rutina) y puedes seguir usando el jabon antiséptico cada 3 días (no siempre), por si vuelves a oler mal, omite el último paso.Vas a notar que aunque sudas, ya no huele mal!!! Es magia, vas a ser como una lechuga de fresca.

Espero les sirva, y ¡¡mucha suerte!!  (aaah si, y no se rasuren en esos 5 días)

After your five days, keep using your antibacterial soap (make it part of your daily routine) and you cmay keep using the antiseptic soap every 3 days (don't use it daily), in case you start smelling bad again, leave out the last step. You'll notice that even if you sweat, it doesn't smell bad!! It's like magic, you'll be as fresh as a lettuce.

En la familia siempre hemos sido fanáticas de los exfoliantes, yo en especial porque tengo tendencia acnéica y se me tapan horrible los poros, por lo tanto busco que mi exfoliante sea fuerte para que me sirva.

In our family we've always been huge fans of exfoliators. I have acne prone skin and my pores tend to get horribly clogged so I'm always looking for strong exfoliators that will work on my skin.

Bueno, primero que nada este producto dice que es para todo tipo de piel, que contiene ácido salicílico y micro esferas que destapan tu poros y exfolian tu piel.

Well, first of all, this product claims to be for every skin type, contains salicylic acid & microspheres that unclogg & exfoliate your skin.

Ok, tengo que decir que me encanta pero no por las razones correctas jaja, porque la verdad es que a mi no me funciona en NADA! Realmente la razón por la cual me gusta es que se siente taaan bien en tu piel, y cuando te lo retiras tu piel se siente super fresca y llena de vida. :D

 Ok, I have to say I love it, but not for the right reasons, haha, because for me it really doesn't work AT ALL! Honestly the reason why I like it is that when you use it your skins feels SO good and when you take it off you feel super fresh and full of life. :D

La formula es bastante espesa, huele fresco y las esferitas para mi son muy blandas. Yo lo uso 3 veces a la semana aprox. para darle un efecto calmante a mi cara .

 The formula is really dense, it smells fresh and the microspheres for me are too soft. I use it about 3 times a weeks to give my face a soothing effect.

Pros:

-Huele muy bien /Smells great

-Calma tu piel/ /Soothes Skin

-Te da un efecto refrescante /Give a refreshing feel

-No irrita /Doesn't irritate skin

Cons:

-No ayuda en contra del acné / Doesn't do anything for acne

-Es muy suave / It's too gentle

El nombre de Colossal, me hizo tener expectativas muy altas...

The name of the Colossal, made me have super high expectations...

Compre este rimel, porque quería probar algo nuevo y pense que por los buenos reviews de TODO mundo, iba a ser el mejor rimel de mi vida, así que lo compré y ohh decepción.

I bought this mascara, because I wanted to try something new & I thought that since EVERYONE said it was great, it was going to be the best mascara of all time, so I bought it and what a let down.

Ok, ok... tal vez estoy exagerando. El rimel no es malo, para nada! Pero esperaba más, por las siguientes razones:

1) dice que no hace grumos; eso es lo primero que noté, si hace y bastantes!

2) te da "super volumen" en cada una de tus pestañas; la verdad, no noté un cambio así WOW super dramático, sí las hace más gruesas pero no mucho.

3) Es imposible de quitar!!!!! Arghhh

Ok, ok... so maybe I'm exaggerating. This mascara isn't bad, in fact not bad at all! But I just expected a whole lot more because of the following reasons:

1) it claims to not get all clumpy; that's one of the things i noticed first, it does & a lot!

2) it gives you super volume on each one of your lashes; truthfully, I didn't see any dramatic change, I mean it does give some volume but nothing that great.

3) it's impossible to take off!!! Arghhh

Cosas que sí me gustan:

- Tiene un cepillito grande y es de pelito sintético.

- Su empaque es bonito

- No se corre

- Su formula es muy seca, así no me desenchina las pestañas cuando me la pongo :D

Things I do like:

-It has a big sinthetic brush

- Cute packaging

- It doesn't smudge

- It's a really dry formula, so it doesn't uncurl my lashes when I wear it :D

Como conclusión; diria que esta bien, tal vez muchas diran que estoy loca pero, no me encanta así que probaré con el Falsies a ver qué tal me va. 

Mientras yo recomendaría que probaran el L'oreal Volume Shocking Waterproof si realmente buscan un look super dramático.

Above all; I'd say it's ok, maybe many will say I'm crazy, but I don't love it, so next time I'll give the Falsies a try.

I'd say that if your looking for a mascara that really gives a super dramatic look, you should try the L'oreal Volume Shocking Waterproof.

Soy de esas chavas que no pueden vivir sin usar delineador, es algo básico en mi rutina y siempre los he usado. He probado en lápiz, líquidos y en gel. Este último es el que más siento que se acomoda conmigo, en especial el Maybelline Eyestudio.

I'm one of those girls that cannot live without having eyeliner on, it's a must in my makeup routine and I've always used it. I've tried in pencil, liquid and gel. This last one is the one that I've found I'm most comfortable with, especially Maybelline Eyestudio.

Como pueden ver ya use bastantito, pero algo que me encanta es que dura mucho! Ya tengo mucho con el y lo uso a diario y todavía me queda como para unos 3 meses más. 

As you can see I've already used quite a lot, but what I love about it is that it lasts a lot! I've had it for a long while and I use it daily and I still have some left for about 3 months more.

Me lo compre en el color Blackest Black y me encanta! Me dura fácil 6 horas y eso que tengo piel grasa. En cuanto al gel es fácil de aplicar, me refiero a que no esta duro como otros.

I bought it in Blackest Black and I love it! It easily stays on for about 6 hours on my kind of oily face. The gel glides on easily and is pretty soft.

También trae su brochita, que me parece perfecta para aplicarlo, es muy fácil de manipular y de hacer líneas gruesas o delgadas.

It also comes with its brush which is perfect bacause its easy to manipulate and to make thin or thick lines.

Este delineador lo declaro mi mejor amigo! :D

Este corrector lo compré principalmente porque en esos días traía muchas ojeras, además de que me encanto como venía empaquetado.

I bought this concealer mainly because on those days I had horrible dark circles under my eyes, and also that I loveeed the cute packaging it had.

Este es el color medio , se ve algo claro en mi mano porque las traigo algo quemadas jajaj pero en mi cara queda perfecto.

This is the swatch of the medium, it looks kinda whitish on my hand because they're kind of tanned LOL, but on my face it matches perfectly.

Para ser sincera lo uso en ocaciones especiales cuando me quiero ver impecable, pero las veces que lo he usado me deja un color super parejito y dura casi todo el día, tiene una sensación muy ligera, no se siente pesado.

To be honest I just use it on very special occasions when I want to look perfect, but the times I've used it, it leaves my skin looking flawless and it last almost all day, it also feels very light with the rest of my makeup.

Hoy les voy a hablar un poquito de la marca Geo Girl la nueva línea de maquillaje de Walmart en EU.

Geo girl salió tomando el lugar de MaryKate & Ashley y que está dirigida a niñas de entre 8 y 12 años (edad que no creo adecuada para tanto maquillaje).

Today I'm going to be talking about the new cosmetic brand that Walmart has launched. 

Geo Girl came out taking the place of MaryKate & Ashley and is targeted to girls between 8 and 12 years old (age which I don't think is appropriate for real make up).

Geo Girl son productos amigables con el medio ambiente y sus empaques son hechos de material reciclado, además de que contienen puros ingredientes naturales y están hechos para pieles sensibles (como lo son la de las niñas).

Geo Girl has eco friendly makeup and its packaging is made from recycled materials, also it contains natural ingredients that are made for sensitive skin types (like kid's skin).

La línea tiene un sin fin de productos, entre ellos;

The brand has many products, some of them are;

• rubor / blush
• labiales / lipsticks
• gloss / lip gloss
• rimel / mascara
• sombras / eyeshadows
• fragancias / body sprays
• desmaquillantes / makeup remover

       etc.

A pesar de que estos productos se supone que son para niñas, debo decir que he probado dos por curiosidad (y por sus empaques que estan super bonitos), y la verdad me gustaron mucho (voy a comprar más). No hay que dejarse engañar, la calidad es muy buena. Yo lo recomendaría para chavas que esten buscando un maquillaje de look natural y que como yo tengan piel sensible.

Even though it's supposed to be for girls, i must say I've tried 2 of their products out of curiosity (and the beautiful packaging), and I really liked them ( I will be getting more). Don't be fooled, the quality is really good. I would recommend it for those of you who are looking for natural looking makeup and that/or that have sensitive skin like me.

Tenía rato que este rubor me estaba tentando, nunca había usado algo que no fuera el típico rubor en polvo. Al principio me tarde un poco en agarrarle la onda, de + o - cuanto tenía que ponerme, pero debo decir que desde la 1era vez que lo usé, me encantó!  Le da un look completamente diferente a tu cara y como que se ve con más vida.  


I had been wanting to buy this for a while now since I had never used anything that wasn't the typical powder blush. At first it took a little time for me to know how much I had to put on to get the right look, but I have to say that from the first time I used it, I loved it! It gives a completely diferent color to your powder blush and your face looks like it glows.

Pros
- Hace que tu rubor en polvo resalte más si lo usas abajo.
-Tiene textura suave
-Te da luminosidad en la cara
-Tu rubor dura mucho más!

- It makes your powder blush pop up more if u use it as a base.
- Nice soft texture
- Highlights your face
- Make your blush last longer!

Cons
- Es un poco sucio
- Tiene como "brillantina"
- El tarrito esta medio bromoso

-It's kind of messy
-It has little sparks of shimmer
-The jar is clumpy
