Garnier Bálsamo Hidratante Nutritivo REVIEW

Hola amigos! Hoy vengo a platicarles de una crema que encontré hace poco y que la verdad me ha hecho muy feliz. 

Garnier Hidratante + Nutritivo pertenece a una nueva gama de crema para el cuidado de la piel. Esta en específico es para pieles secas y sensibles...

Sí, mi piel ha cambiado, antes solía ser grasa y ahora es sensible/ seca en el área de las mejillas y la frente, lo demás sigue igual.

Creo que la batalla de una mujer con su cuidado personal nunca termina, hasta ahora había tenido problemas encontrando una crema que realmente me humectara bien y el otro día encontré esta y quise darle una oportunidad.

Es maravillosa! Es suave, es cremosita, y es un bálsamo, su textura es más seca pero se siente como gloria sobre mi piel y me ha quitado eso pellejitos de resequedad. Contiene aceite de camelia que ayuda a nutrir y aliviar tu piel.

Realmente me ha sorprendido este tarrito súper bonito, tenía mis dudas pero las retiro. Garnier tiene otras 3 cremas de la misma línea para diferentes tipos de piel. Las otras presentaciones son aqua, celeste y naranja.

Si sufren de un problema parecido al mío y su piel es muy sensible, los invito a que le den una oportunidad a esta.

Organix . Aceite de Argan Pasta Cremosa para el Cabello | Argan Oil of Morocco Creamy Hair Butter Review

Estoy muy contenta porque por fin, mi cabello ha crecido! Me ha tardado muchísimo y por esa misma razón he estado obsesionada con cuidarlo, me he dado a la tarea de buscar productos para su cuidado y he elegido algunos de mi marca predilecta.

I'm so happy because finally, my hair has grown! It's taken such a long time and for that same reason I've been obsessed with taking care of it, so, I've given myself the task of searching for some care products from my favorite brand.

             

Investigué y encontré un producto relativamente nuevo de la marca de Organix, es una crema de tratamiento intensivo que se puede usar en el baño o dejar puesto todo el día. El empaque también dice que se puede usar en el cuerpo... Es de aceite de argan (mi favorito de esta marca) y huele delicioso. 

I investigated and found a relatively new product from the Organix brand, it's an intensive treatment that you can use in the shower or you can leave on all day. It also says you can use it on your body... It's made with Argan oil (my favorite from this brand) and it smells wonderful.

El empaque trae 187g de una crema de consistencia tipo gel. No es pesada, diría que es bastante ligera y acuosa, se absorbe fácilmente. Yo la utilizo sólo de media mitad de mi cabello hacía las puntas, prefiero usarlo una vez por semana después del baño y dejarlo puesto todo el día. Una vez que se seca mi cabello con la crema, que súper suave e hidratado, sin frizz y oliendo hermoso.

The packaging contains 187g of a gel like consistency cream. It's not heavy at all, I would say it's very lightweight and watery, it absorbs easily. I use it from half my hair to my ends, I prefer using it after the shower once a week. Once my hair gets dry with the product it feels extremely soft and hydrated,without frizz and smelling absolutely beautiful.

Yo recomiendo que si planeas dejarla todo el día, no uses demasiada, puede causar que tu cabello se ponga grasoso. Habrá que seguir usándolo para ver que tan bien regenera la fibra capilar. Hasta ahora, fabuloso, totalmente fascinada con este producto.

I recommend not overdoing the amount applied if you plan on leaving it on all day, it could make your hair greasy. We'll have to keep using it to see how well it repairs the capilar fiber. So far I've been absolutely loving this product.

ANEW Clinical Defense | Loción Multiprotectora Día / Skinvincible Multi-Shield Lotion Review

Con la novedad de que hablaré de otro producto de Avon jaja. Pues sí, esta es de la línea Clinical Defense, la cual se concentra en proteger nuestra piel contra los factores del medio ambiente.

Hello and again I will be talking to you about an Avon product ho-ho. Well yeah, this is from their Clinical Skinvincible line which is specially made to protect our skin from environmental damage.

Esta es una loción de día libre de aceite, tiene factor de protección solar del 50 lo cual es súper práctico para aquellas a las que les molesta ponerse bloqueador. 

This is an oil-free daily moisturizer with FPS of 50 which I think is fabulous and practical for those who hate applying sunscreen. 

Me encanta porque es un muy buen hidratante, tiene una fórmula espesa pero de fácil absorción. Con un solo pump te alcanza perfectamente para todo tu rostro y cuello así que dura bastante. 

It's a great hydrating lotion, it has a thick formula but it absorbs really easily. Just one pump goes a long way, the amount perfectly covers your face and neck so it will last you a good period of time.

Se siente bien, nada pesada y además le deja un cierto brillo sano a tu piel. Me parece que cuidar nuestros rostros cada día se nos pone más fácil jeje, saludos!

It feels good, not heavy at all and it gives a healthy glow to your skin. I really think taking care of our skin is getting easier with all these products, no more excuses!!

Anew Clinical Total Clarify | Avon Clinical Absolute Even REVIEW

Hola de nuevo! Hoy les platico sobre un producto que me tiene fascinada, es el Anew Total Clarify en serum. Es un producto que salió hace relativamente poco aquí en México y desde que lo empezaron a anunciar sabía que lo quería.

Hi again! Today I'll tell you guys about a product that I am obsessed with, it's the Anew Total Clarify en the serum version. It's a relatively new product in Mexico but since I saw it announced I new I wanted to try it.

¿Para qué sirve? Este producto ataca 7 tipos de manchas:

1. Del sol
2. Edad
3. Manchas oscuras
4. Tono desigual
5. Falta de luminosidad
6. Marcas de imperfecciones
7. Manchas rojas

So what does it do? It says to attack 7 types of discolorations:

1. dark spots 
2. uneven skin tone 
3. post-acne marks 
4. brown patches 
5. blotchy red patches 
6. freckles 
7. sallowness 

Su fórmula es acuosa y muy ligera, de fácil absorción. El empaque es muy bonito y práctico con su válvula. Lo he estado usando religiosamente todos los días después del baño antes de aplicarme mi humectante y protector solar. 

The formula is watery and very lightweight, it absorbs quickly. The packaging is lovely and very practical with its pump. I've been religiously using it every day after my shower before applying my daily moisturizer and sunblock.

¿Qué he notado? Mi cara se ha vuelvo mucha más brillante se ve con vida. Mi área problema es alrededor de los labios y barbilla donde mi cara tiende a oscurecerse, he sentido que ahora se ve más uniforme mi tono y ha eliminado las quemaduras de tanto asolearme.

What's my experience? My face looks much brighter and lively. My problem area is usually around the lips and chin where my skin tends to get dark, I feel that now I have a much more even tone and it has eliminated the sun tan from all the sun exposure.

Bioré Tiras para la Nariz | Bioré Nose Pore Strips Review

Para mi no hay problema más horrible y molesto que tener los poros tapados, por más que utilizo mascarillas y exfoliantes siempre va a haber unos que de plano no puedo eliminar. Para esas ocasiones me gusta usar mi arma infalible; Bioré Tiras para la nariz.

For me there's nothing more bothersome or horrible than having my pores clogged, as much as I use face masks and exfoliators there's always some that I just can't get rid of. For those occasions I like using my super weapon, Bioré Nose Strips.

Tan simple y tan útil. Lo único que debes hacer es abrir tus poros, una buena opción es hacerlo después del baño, aplicas un poco de agua en el área de la nariz, la colocas y pegas bien. Listo! Déjala hasta que endurezca.

So simple and useful. The only thing you need to do is open your pores beforehand, a good option is taking a shower first, put some water on your nose area, place it and paste it. That's all! Leave it until it hardens.

No quisiera ser muy gráfica con este post así que me limitaré a una sola imagen de los resultados (algo asqueroso) jaja.

Ventajas:

• Rápido
• Método Eficaz

Desventajas:

• Es un hecho que te vas a jalar la piel por lo que pieles sensibles, deben hacer la prueba antes (como yo) por aquello de la irritación.

Pros:

• Easy
• Fast
• Very efective

Cons:

• It's a fact you'll end up pulling your skin so people with sensitive skin, make sure to test it out before (like me) in case of irritation.

AVON ColorTrend Barra Labial | AVON ColorTrend Lip Balm Review

Otro buen descubrimiento de Avon... sí ya se que siempre les enseño productos de esta marca pero enserio que muchas veces me sorprenden.

Another great discovery from this brand... yeah I know I always show you things from Avon, but what can I do? Sometimes they surprise me.

Tengo el Flash Rosa y Splash Naranja, me falta el morado que espero sea igual de bueno que estos. 

Son barras humectantes pero súper pigmentadas, es un color que se queda contigo por mucho tiempo. No se si han probado los Lipstains, que son tinturas para los labios, cuando se secan te dejan pintada, algo así como el Cool Aid, pues bueno estos tienen un efecto parecido.

I own Flash Pink and Orange Splash, I still need to get the purple one which I hope is as good as these two. They're hydrating lipsticks but really pigmented, it stays on for a very long time. I don't know if you've heard about lip stains, it has a similar effect.

Este es el color de una sola pasada, están increíbles y si eres como yo no muy fan de los labiales esto te va a encantar, además se sienten refrescantes perfectos para los labios partidos.

This is a one stroke shade, pretty amazing and if you're like me not much of a lipstick girl you'll love them, plus they feel very refreshing perfect for chapped lips.

Algo más? Son muy económicos, valen muchísimo la pena te vas a sorprender.

Something else? Well they're very inexpensive and really worth a try.

Review: ELVIVE Óleo Extraordinario Crema | Extraordinary Oil Hair Cream

Hoy vamos a hablar de ELVIVE Óleo Extraordinario, la verdad que me esperaba mucho de este producto, sabiendo que todos dicen que el aceite es muy bueno yo me decidí por la crema intensiva.

Today we'll be talking about ELVIVE Extraordinary Oil, I actually expected so much out of this product, since there's been a fuzz over the penetrating oil I decided to go for the intensive hair cream.

Esta crema es para dar nutrición intensiva a nuestro cabello, tiene óleos de 6 flores preciosas

1.  Loto: nutre la fibra capilar y protege el cabello
2.  Manzanilla: devuelve el brillo al cabello opaco. ya que suaviza la fibra capilar
3.  Tiaré: ayuda a prevenir el cabello seco
4.  Margarita: restaura la vitalidad del cabello
5.  Rosa: suministra sustancias nutritivas. al cabello
6.  Linaza: proporciona nutrición intensa desde el interior

This cream claims to give intense nutrition to our hair, it has oils from 6 precious flowers

1. Lotus oils: gives an intense nutrition
2. Tiare flower oil: protects from dryness
3. Rose oil: protects from external aggressors
4. Camomile oil: boosts shine and radiance
5. Matricaria oil: softens and relaxes hair texture
6. Flax oil: intensely hydrates

Bueno para no hacer el cuento largo, no me gustó. El olor se me hace súper fuerte, después de un rato me marea. Al aplicarlo se siente bien pero luego de dejarlo 2-3 minutos se siente como si no te hubieras puesto nada. No queda suave, más bien me lo siento reseco, tampoco hace el efecto de desenredo ni siento el cabello nutrido. 

So long story short, I didn't like it. The smell is super strong for me, after a while it makes me feel sick. When applying it it feels ok but after 2 to 3 minutes it's almost as if you didn't apply anything. It doesn't feel soft, to me it almost makes my hair feel a little dry, it doesn't leave the anti-tangle or softness effect.

A pesar de darle todo el tarro de oportunidades, no vi ningún beneficio ni cambio. Tal vez tenga que darle la oportunidad al aceite porque la crema no la volvería a comprar.

After giving it a whole jar of opportunities, I didn't see any benefits or changes in my hair. Maybe I need to give the oil a chance because the cream I would never buy again.

Loción Astringente Pure Active de Garnier | Garnier Pure Active Purifying Toner

A quién no le molestan esos horribles puntos negros en la nariz o en la barbilla? Me di a la tarea de buscar algo que me ayudara a combatirlos de forma constante y encontré este de Garnier, su botella lo dice todo, ANTI-PUNTOS NEGROS y la verdad que me convenció a la primera jaja.

Who doesn't hate those horrid blackheads that take over our noses or chin? I gave myself the task of finding something that would help me fight them constantly and I found this from Garnier, the bottle really says it all, ANTI-BLACKHEADS so I was sold immediately lol.

Es un líquido azul con olor a alcohol, se siente refrescante pero si tienes alguna herida no lo recomiendo, te va a arder el alma. Llevo aproximadamente 2 meses usándolo y al principio notaba como que empujaba a la superficie mis puntos haciéndolos más fáciles de extraer. 

Ahora tal vez dejé de prestarle atención pero no veo mucha diferencia en ellos, algo que sí voy a decir que me fascina es que siempre en mi rutina, me desmaquillo, luego lavo mi cara y después me paso un algodón con este astringente y es increíble todo la suciedad que aún queda en tu rostro, con esto amigos no va a quedar nada, estarás extra limpia! Chécalo!

It's a blue liquid with alcohol smell, it feels refreshing but if you happen to have a wound do not apply it, it will sting like hell. I've been using it for 2 months approximately and at first I noticed it pushed my blackheads to the surface making it easier to extract them.

Maybe now I've stopped paying attention to it but I don't really notice much of a difference,  what I must say is that it takes all the dirtiness left on your face. I always remove all my make-up, then I wash my face and after that I clean it with this lotion and oh my God, it's incredible!! It cleans what seemed to be already impecable. Give it a try!

Cámara NUEVA Sony a5000 | NEW Camera Sony a5000

Siempre me ha gustado tomar fotos, desde chica nunca ha faltado una cámara conmigo aunque fuera de esas de rollo. Mi gusto se desarrolló más cuando llevé mis clases de foto en la escuela, usaba una Pentax análoga, sacaba las fotos más bonitas del mundo... :D 
Creo que con esta nueva cámara me voy acercando a la perfección de la PENTAX.

I've always liked taking pictures, since young I've always carried a camera around. I started taking more interest after having my photo class at school, I used a Pentax analog which took the most beautiful pictures in the world... :D
I think I'm getting closer to PENTAX's perfection with this camera.

La canija pesaba mil kilos, el cuerpo era de metal sólido y a eso agregamos el lente, pufff. De ahí siempre quise comprar una cámara reflex más 'moderna' porque eso de andar revelando rollos es mucho caos. Hasta hoy mi economía sólo me ha permitido comprarme cámaras normales no profesionales, además me acomodo más con cosas portátiles (chicas), ya he tenido oportunidad de andar cargando una Canon Rebel y la verdad que no me sentía cómoda con ella y menos en México.

That camera was like 100 kgs (ok I'm exaggerating) , the body was solid metal and to that you add the weight of the lenses, omg. Since that time I wanted to get a more 'modern' camera, revealing all those films is not very practical anymore. My economy is not the greatest either so until now I've only gotten my hands on point & shoot cameras, added to that I really like portable/ easy things to carry around, I have had the opportunity of carrying Canon Rebel and I really didn't feel comfortable and even less here in Mexico.

Pero vayamos al grano, la verdad es que me obsesioné cuando vi la Samsung NX Mini en color menta, es hermosa pero empecé a investigar y me salió una opción similar (Sony a5000), después de mucho ver y ver, me di cuenta que en las fotos de muestra de la samsung siempre salían borrosas o movidas (horror), a eso agregaré que con cada cosa de samsung que he comprado siempre me sale alguna falla y con eso decidí que por más bonita que estaba no la iba a comprar. 

Let's get to the point, actually at first I got really obsessed with the Samsung NX mini in mint color, it's gorgeous but as I kept investigating all the sample images I saw were blurry or not well focused, to that I must add that everytime I have purchased from samsung something goes wrong. Anyway I saw a similar option (Sony a5000) with seemed to have better focusing and image quality.

Yo tengo una camarita Sony CyberShot DSC-WX50 y he tenido muy buenas experiencias con ella, tomas fotos increíbles a pesar de no ser profesional así que dije... que puedo esperar de una mirrorless que esta en un punto medio entre las profesionales y las comerciales.

I have a wonderful Sony CyberShot DSC-WX50 which takes extraordinary pics in spite of not being a pro-camera, so I said to myself what can come out of a middle range camera?

Cosas que me gustan:

• Es chica para el tipo de cámara que es
• Toma fotos más profesionales
• Puedes controlar el enfoque/desenfoque
• Tiene pantalla que se levanta para las selfies 
• Se pueden mandar las imágenes a tu cel/ tablet vía wifi

Lo que si es que he batallado un poquito para aprender a manejarla, no es de uso tan intuitivo. Fuera de eso es maravillosa y la calidad de video es insuperable.

Things I like:

• It's small for the type of camera it is
• It takes more professional looking pics
• Control on the blur/ focus
• Pop up screen for selfies
• You can send pics to your phone/tablet vía wifi

It has taken me a little bit of time getting the hang of it, it's not so intuitive so that is the only drawback I see, other than that it is a fabulous camera and the video quality is unbeatable.

Cosmedica Skincare . Ácido Hialurónico Puro/ Pure Hyaluronic Acid

El ácido hialurónico está mucho de moda en todos los productos, así que decidí probar el de Cosmedica Skincare. Es un serum que nos ayuda a hidratar la piel súper reseca, se supone que su fórmula ayuda a retener la hidratación de tu piel y por consecuencia verte más joven.

Hyaluronic Acid y very popular now a days and it's included in so many products so I went ahead and got the one from Cosmedica Skincare which is a serum that helps us hydrate super dry skin, it claims to retain the natural water from your skin and consequently look younger.

Tiene una consistencia algo espesa, es transparente y no huele a nada. Me quede muy impresionada de que en el instante en que lo puse a mi cara, se absorbió rapidísimo. Mi piel (siempre reseca últimamente) quedó 'humedecida' se sintió suave y lo acartonado se fue. Eso sí queda una ligera sensación pegajosita pero no es nada molesto.

It is a thick consistency, transparent and it doesn't have scent. I was really impressed the moment I applied it, my skin drank it up. My face (always dry lately) was immediately soft and 'humidified', the cardboard sensation left, although there was a little sticky sensation afterwards but nothing bothersome.

Tono uniforme... Banishing Night Solutions/ Even tone skin... Banishing Night Solutions

No se si tengo una obsesión con las cremas aclaradoras pero siempre que me salen malditas espinillas son de esas duras de matar que me dejan marcas oscuras. Busco algo que me empareje el tono y en ocasiones sólo las uso en la zona afectada, en esta ocasión quise probar una de noche que se supone son más fuertes.

I don't know if I have an obsession with whitening creams but every time I get a freaking pimple they are those huge hard to kill ones that leave horrible dark scars. I look for something that evens out my tone and sometimes I just apply them as spot treatments, this time I wanted to try a night cream since they have stronger formulas.

La crema es color melon, tiene un olor fuerte y es de consistencia cremosa tirándole a sólida. Se distribuye bien y no se necesita tanta para cubrir todo el rostro.

It has a peachy color, strong scent and its consistency is creamy going to solid-like. A little goes a long way so it will last a good amount of time.

Es un producto fuerte pero aún con mi cara que es ultra sensible no me hizo reacción. Lo que me encanta es que si llego a traer alguna espinillita, me la aplico en la noche y a la mañana siguiente noto que ya se esta secando (un plus para mí!). 

This product is strong but even with my ultra sensitive skin I didn't have any allergic reaction to it. What I love is that if I happen to have any pimple, I apply it at night and the next morning I notice that it is already drying out (big plus for me!)

En cuanto a lo que debe hacer, funciona bastante bien y la verdad que me ha ayudado mucho a aclarar esas marcas que son más necias y díficiles de quitar. Estoy contenta con los resultados pero recomiendo no usarla siempre, tal vez una semana sí y otra no por lo mismo de que es fuerte.

In terms of what it's meant to do, it works really well and truthfully it has helped me a lot with those hard to get scars. I'm happy with the results but I don't recommend using it always, maybe every other week because of how strong it is.

Sabores Irresistibles... Labiales Pop Love AVON/ Pop Love Lipsticks

La verdad que no soy mucho de labiales, siempre he optado por bálsamos que tengan un poco de tinte, por lo mismo no me inclino muy seguido a gastar en labiales que nunca uso pero... me he topado con una opción muy económica que funciona y además huele muy bien.

I'm really not much of a lipstick person, I've always gone more for the tinted lip balms and for that same reason I don't like spending my money on lipsticks that I almost never use but... I've come across an economic solution that works and smells great.

Uva, Cereza, Frutas, Soda Pop

Oh Pop Love, cuanto quería ver fotos de los colores antes de comprarlos...! Sólo encontraba versiones de Colombia, Venezuela etc. y no son los mismos tonos, pero en fin, aquí están. Me faltan 2 todavía pero la verdad que no me llaman la atención. Tengo Uva, Cereza, Frutas y Soda Pop todos con su respectivo aroma, huelen taaan rico, menos en último, no me gusta el olor a soda de raíz.

Oh Pop Love, how I wanted to see pictures of the swatches before buying them...! I only found versions from Colombia, Venezuela, etc. and they are not the same tones, anyway, here they are. I'm still missing two of them but honestly I didn't care much for those colors. I have Grape, Cherry, Fruits and Soda Pop each with their respective scent, they smell soo great, except the last one, I don't like root beer smell.

El de más pigmentación es el de Frutas, después Soda Pop, Cereza y al último Uva (ese me esperaba que fuera tan fuerte como el de frutas pero ya ven que no :(   ). 

The most pigmented one is the Fruit one, then Soda Pop, Cherry and lastly Grape ( I expected this one too be as strong as Fruits but you see it's not :(    ).

No hay más que decir, me gustan y por ellos me he animado a usar labiales más seguido, son duraderos, no humectan pero huelen rico, pintan muy bien y son súper económicos. ¿Los han probado? Ustedes cuáles usan?

Nothing more to say, I like them and they are really pigmented, kind of getting more into the lipstick look, they're not hydrating but they smell great and are very inexpensive. Have you tried them? Which ones do you like?
